Family owned and operated for over 100 years.
Our ancestors were one of the first settlers in the Niagara and Erie counties, and they helped with the construction of St. John the Baptist Chapel dedicated to the Blessed John Neuman. David Knab, president since 1980, has served on the Ken-ton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as vice president and president of a local ski club, and on various subcommittees serving the community.
Our family played a large role in the Development, Funding, and construction of the Alix Rice Skatepark at the Northtown Center, Amherst NY. Licensed in Amherst, Buffalo, East Aurora, Hamburg, surrounding areas as well as all of Erie and Niagara county. Knabuilders is a member of the Niagara Falls Business Association, and we are also a member of the Home Council, listed as a certified contractor. Whenever possible, we educate our staff and become certified installers of the many products we recommend and install including windows, counters, solid surfaces, cabinets, and many more. |

Dave Knab: owner / President
As the current Knabuilders owner, Dave insists on being involved in all projects. Many of Dave’s personal projects have a contemporary flare, though he enjoys working on all styles and scales of projects. When he is not in the office on or a job site, Dave enjoys boating, building tree houses for the grand kids, wake boarding and doing volunteer work for the community. |
Jamie Q: foreman
Jamie is a valued member of the Knabuilders crew, and one of our new up and coming foreman. A long background in construction has trained him to be a skilled foreman and takes pride in his craftsmanship. Jamie also likes to spend time outdoors and go camping with his dog Oliver. |
Mike Gilliam: senior foreman
Mike is a skilled and talented crew member, Often seen doing tile and other finish work, Mike makes an effort to address the details on a project. Mike loves riding his lime green motorcycle in his free time. |
Our people who make the difference
Timothy Bosch: foreman Former business owner and expert in all phases of construction.
Noah W: crew member. As an engineering student he has a talent for understanding how things work and operate. When Noah isn’t on site he enjoys listening to music or building Arcs.
Aaron Kent: senior project manager/ estimator. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and business as a previous 15 year business owner himself.
Christine Hartman: office manager Taking on all responsibilities to make the office run smoothly.
Pam Fekete: financial manager
Aaron R: computer/ technical operations Our IT specialist, Aaron manages all of our computers and devices to assure a smooth workflow to all of us at Knabuilders
Sam Guarino: apprentice finishing up his internship at ECC construction and business programs. His hobbies are cabinet making.

Bob has been with Knabuilders for over 25 years. He is a diligent worker continuing in his retirement years and is one of our best painters and drywallers! Bob enjoys classic rock music and is a drummer in a local Blues band, and also tending to his extensive vegetable garden. |
